A: To apply, please fill out our Wholesale Application Form. We manually review all applications and will notify you once your account is approved.

Q: How long does it take to approve my wholesale account?

A: We aim to review applications within 2–3 business days. If you haven’t heard from us after this time, feel free to reach out.

Q: Do I need an account to see pricing?

A: Yes, only Q: How much is shipping? wholesale customers can view prices. If you’re not logged in, you will see ‘Log in to see prices’ instead of pricing.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: Yes, the minimum order value is £150 per purchase for free shipping.

Q: Do I have to order in specific quantities?

A: Yes, all products must be purchased in multiples of 6 per style. The checkout process will block orders that don’t meet this requirement.

Duties & Taxes

Q: Do you cover international duties and taxes?

A: No, all international customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to your local customs authority upon arrival.

Q: How do I know how much I will need to pay?

A: Duties and taxes vary by country and depend on your local customs regulations. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Q: What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?

A: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the courier. If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange items?

A: We only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
